Maca

Maca is a plant native to the Andese mountains reported to have aphrodisiac properties. Maca has been shown to increase sexual desire without altering hormonal status.* [1]

Sexual desire

Maca root extracts have been shown to improve subjective ratings of sexual desire, with tentative positive results in improving mild erectile dysfunction. [2] [3]
